Ubiquiti Ranked 70th Fastest Growing Company in North America on Deloitte's 2012 Technology Fast 500(TM)

Ubiquiti Networks, Inc. (http://www.ubnt.com/) (NASDAQ: UBNT), a
next-generation communications technology company, today announced
that it ranked 70 on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500(TM), a ranking of
the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life
sciences and clean technology companies in North America.
In the past year Ubiquiti added three new platforms, establishing six
successful platforms total for the company:
-- airFiber(TM), a revolutionary outdoor wireless backhaul radio
platform;
-- mFi(TM), a revolutionary machine-to-machine communications
technology platform; and

In order to be eligible for Technology Fast 500 recognition,
