TeleTech Wins Contract Expansion with Communications Company

TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a provider of technology-enabled customer engagement and experience solutions, announced that it has expanded its strategic relationship with a long-term client in the communications industry.
In a release, the company said that, under the terms of the multi-year agreement, TeleTech will provide this communications company with technology-enabled customer experience solutions from delivery centers in the United States and Canada. TeleTech is committed to increasing customer value for this client by delivering a world-class customer experience across all communications channels, as well as for the client's variety of dynamic entertainment and communications services.
